Black cap, black apron - how does chef Matthias Schicht fit in with the idea of a white chimney sweep? Perfectly! His creativity is not only reflected on his tattooed forearms, but above all on the plate. With a vision of reinterpreting traditional Austrian cuisine and always making it a little better, he conjures up innovative dishes from under his (chef’s) hat. And another thing: You can sense his love and passion for regional products.

Drinks - before, during and after

One of our core concerns and quality features is that you can always taste 15 to 20 wines by the glass. The wines and spirits mature in our cellar until they reach their full potential. When you dine with us, you can enjoy carefully selected, ready-to-drink specialities.

The various drinks as the perfect accompaniment before, during and after the meal play a very special role for us. We’re not only proud of being able to offer you a wide range of products, but also proud of how we offer them. It’s with complete conviction and passion that we make every effort to serve each wine and all other spirits in the appropriate glass.
