Booking and Payment Terms for Individual Guests

We kindly ask you to reconfirm the reservation on the requested day by 11 am at the latest, as reservations that are not reconfirmed are automatically removed from the system at 4:30 pm.

Please understand that we can keep reserved tables only if they are reconfirmed and without further information only for 15 minutes to avoid cancellation fee. In the piano area a government tax of 2,75 Euros per guest is charged. The restaurant charges a couvert charge of 4,50 Euros per guest. Couvert includes roasted, salted and caramelised organic pumpkin seeds, salted butter and various types of freshly baked bread.

Payment is possible in cash, with American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Visa or debit card.

For fire safety reasons, prams, walkers and wheelchairs may not be used in the restaurant.
Folded up they can be stored under the tables. Highchairs are only available at a few tables. Children under the age of 6 can only be seated in the live piano music area by prior arrangement.

Booking and Payment Terms for Groups

All bookings must be confirmed four weeks prior to the event by a deposit of EUR 50 per guest. Bookings for Friday and Saturday during high season and conferences require a minimum order of EUR 50 per person for lunch; evenings a minimum order of EUR 60-90 per person.

Prepayment discount: 5% on prepaid amount

Advance and deposit payments are possible by bank transfer or paylink/saferpay.

The government tax on live music of 2,75 Euros per guest is charged only in the piano and salon area. In order to ensure a fair distribution of tips between kitchen and service, we take the liberty of suggesting 10% of the total bill as a tip on behalf of and for the account of our team.

Confirmation of the final number of guests is required until 2 pm on the day of the scheduled event, otherwise the original number of bookings will be charged. The amount payable will be calculated on the final number of guests. All reservations, cancellations and amendments must be made in writing, either by fax or e-mail, and confirmed by the restaurant.

Prices and menus are subject to change depending on the market situation. Charges are based on actual consumption.

Payment of the remaining amount only for the entire group on site in cash, with American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Visa or debit card.

Payment by the table can only be made on request.

Menu cards

The prices for the set menus include one menu card per 2 persons. In case guests would like to take an extra menu card with them, EUR 2.– will be charged per card.
