The winter vine pruning is the first measure for limiting the yield and ensuring the quality - however this is just a first step as it cannot replace the later work that entails removal, thinning („green harvest“) and pruning of the vines.

The vine pruning should be finished by the end of March and thus everything is prepared for the vines to flourish.
