Top level breads – Steiner bread in Tulln

Each roll is made by hand. In addition there is also mustardseed bread, rocket-parmesan bread, coconut bread, tomato bread, algae bread, grape leaf bread, black beer bread, plum bread, asparagus bread, feta cheese bread or Roman soldier bread. Hubert Schweighofer-Steiner estimates he has about 60 bread types to offer and more than half are his own creations.
