Brzon is committed first and foremost to refined taste.

The oxen from Atter grow up in the green and juicy meadows around the Attersee. The clover and herb-filled meadows are the reason for the uncomparably spicy flavor of the meat. Local grains such as corn, wheat and barley are added to the feed in order to build up the intramuscular fatty fibers which makes the meat especially juicy and intensifies the taste.
