What started with endives lead to the best potatoes
During his studies Michael Bauer wrote an essay about endives. He offerred the endive harvest to Viennese restaurants in the city center. A gourmet chef from one of these restaurants was looking for really good potatoes. Michael Bauer offerred him a taste of his own potatotes. The chef found these so delicious that he bought the entire amount stored in Bauer’s cellar. Today Michael is the supplier of potatoes for the top restaurants in the city.
