Wed to bread – Steiner Brot in Tulln
Each baked item is made by hand. In addition, there is mustard seed bread, rocket-parmesan bread, coconut bread, tomato bread, algae bread, vine leaf bread, black beer bread, plum bread, asparagus bread, sheep’s cheese bread and Roman soldier bread. Hubert Schweighofer-Steiner estimates he has around 60 types of bread in his assortment and probably more than half of these are his own creations.
